Founded in 2001 The Producer's Creative Partnership (PCP) provides creative and economical solutions to film, TV and commercial producers.
It is the first and leading full production service company on the Island of Malta where producers can get a cash rebate of up to 22% on qualified expenditure. "I don't want any yes-men around me. I want everybody to tell me the truth even if it costs them their jobs" - Samuel Goldwyn (1882 - 1974) The PCP also provides consultation, budgeting and line producer services in South Africa and Colombia. We work with only the best local service companies in these countries. Our honest, unbiased and cost-efficient approach means the monies we save usually outweigh our fees. South Africa provides a cash rebate of 20% to foreign producers. Co-productions achieve between 25 and 35%. Colombia is set to introduce a cash rebate in January 2013 amounting to an average of 30%. The PCP's success mainly stems from understanding the working culture of a country and knowing its strengths and weaknesses, knowing who to work with, what keys to bring in and a multitude of other factors that ultimately save you money (and unnecessary stress!). The PCP team is professional, dynamic and enthusiastic. It is headed by Malcolm Scerri-Ferrante who has over 20 years of experience working in several countries. He instills within the PCP efficient production organisation and cost-effective management, as proven by our testimonials. PCP's trademark is Quality, Experience and Cost-Efficiency. Our track record speaks for itself. PCP's international services include:
We are a member of The Production Guild of Great Britain (PGGB) and represented in Los Angeles by Montana Artists Agency. |
