Founded in 2001, The Producer's Creative Partnership (PCP) is recognised as the first and premier production company in Malta for production services for films and TV commercials. Malta is also home to the famous water tanks. FINANCIAL INCENTIVES FOR LONG-FORM PROJECTS 

Malta, a Mediterranean country in the EU, consists of three islands where producers receive a cash rebate of up to 25% on qualified expenditure. South Africa provides a cash rebate of 20% to foreign producers with an additional 5% if some post is conducted in the country.
