Founded in 2001 The Producer's Creative Partnership (PCP) provides creative and economical solutions to film, TV and commercial producers. 

It is the first and leading full production service company on the Island of Malta where producers can get a cash rebate of up to 22% on qualified expenditure. The PCP has earned a strong international reputation for managing shoots in a very efficient and cost-effective manner.

The PCP also provides consultation, budgeting and production management services in the exciting and emerging South Africa and Colombia. We work with only the best local service companies or fixers. Our honest, unbiased and cost-efficient operation means the monies we save usually outweigh our fees.  South Africa provides a cash rebate of 20% to foreign producers. Co-productions achieve between 25 and 35%.  Colombia is set to introduce a cash rebate in January 2013 amounting to an average of 30%.
